OUR BACKGROUND

Unicoat Pte Ltd is a relatively well-known company in the painting-related industry. Over the years, we built our reputation through providing quality and speedy services to all our satisfied customers. We are also the preferred business partner to numerous paint manufacturers and main contractors. We are currently a BCA-registered company under the workhead of CR09 (Repair and Redecoration) Grade L3 with a tendering limit of $4 million. We have also achieved the ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certification recently.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

As a company which believes in continuously improving ourselves, we have recently achieved an upgrade in BCA workhead of CR09 (Repairs & Redecoration) grading from L1 to L3 ($4 million). We have also registered with BCA under the workhead of CR13 (Waterproofing Installation) Grade L1 and CW01 (General Building) Grade C3. We are currently in the midst of preparing to apply for an upgrade of BCA registration under the workhead of CR09 (Repairs & Redecoration) L4 grade.

SAFETY CONSCIOUS

In line with the government's efforts on reducing incidents on worksites, we have taken extra efforts to educate ourselves and implemented all necessary safety procedures and documentation and was duly awarded the recognized bizSAFE Star certification in 2010. We have also attained MOM's certificate of approval as an approved scaffold contractor (metal scaffolds) in Year 2009 and renewed in Year 2011.

OUR HISTORY

Year 2006 - UNICOAT PTE LTD was formed.

Year 2008 – Registered as a BCA registered company in Workhead CR09 Repairs & Redecoration Grade L1.

Year 2009 – Attained bizSAFE Level 3 certification.

Year 2009 – Attained MOM's Certifcate of Approval as an Approved Scaffold Contractor (Metal Scaffolds).

Year 2010 – Attained bizSAFE Star certification.

Year 2010 – Attained OHSAS 18001:2007 certification.

Year 2010 – Attained ISO 9001:2008 certification.

Year 2011 – Attained BCA upgrade from L1 to L3 in Workhead CR09 Repairs & Redecoration.

Year 2011 – Registered as a BCA registered company in Workhead CR13 Waterproofing Installation Grade L1.

Year 2011 - Registered as a BCA contractor under the workhead of CW01 General Building Grade C3

Year 2011 - Admitted as a Member of ASIA (Access & Scaffold Industry Association
